The risk classifications and compliance documents generated by CompliantAI are produced using AI and are based on the information you provide. They are for informational purposes only. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated documentation and for consulting qualified legal counsel before submitting any compliance documents to regulatory authorities.
Paid plans are billed monthly via PayPal. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact support@compliantai.io within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
You may not use CompliantAI to generate fraudulent compliance documentation, impersonate another company, or circumvent EU AI Act requirements that your AI system would otherwise be subject to. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
CompliantAI and Horizonworks LLC are not liable for regulatory penalties, fines, or business losses arising from reliance on generated documentation. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
